04 - Phases of the Menstrual Cycle

This week I get a little on my soap box about why it's so important to track and understand your cycle... I probably could have done an episode just on that! But then we dive into the four phases of the menstrual cycle and how they may present for you. 

 

Hoping this sparks some curiosity for where you are in your cycle and how things change as you move through each phase.
