01 - Introducing The Rounded Way the Podcast!

We are here everybody!! Episode number 1!

 

So this episode was recorded a little while ago and since recording I've actually moved to the south west of Western Australia, which has stalled launching of the podcast.

 

In this episode we cover some fun facts about myself, my story, and how The Rounded Way came about. Pretty sure I talk about poop within the first ten minutes as well! 

 

Each episode I will be bringing practical wisdom, expert advice, and stories from other women as we ride the lifelong hormonal wave.
